Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Ground Advantage shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped. Shipping speed selected at checkout applies after order processing time.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, order size, weight, and destination.
We ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. During high volume periods such as sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing time may extend up to 12 business days.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
We are unable to merge orders or update shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to sender due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
• Failure to claim the package
• Carrier delivery attempts not accepted
The order will be refunded once received back at our facility, less the original shipping label fee and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
BumBunny Baby is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If package protection was not purchased at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this shipping and package policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and secure.
Package Protection
Our Package Protection Policy covers you in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen. Please note that this policy only applies if you have opted for Package Protection when placing your order.
Here’s the deal:
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, just let us know within 14 days. We’ll get you sorted with store credit/refund for the full amount of your purchase.
- If your package is marked "DELIVERED" but isn’t in your hands, submit a claim within 5 days. We’ll need a police report to take care of it, and we’ll make it right with store credit/refund.
Just submit a claim with your order number, contact info, and what happened. We’ll jump in to help and make sure you’re taken care of.
