Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Ground Advantage shipping typically takes 3-7 business days The shipping speed you select during checkout is independent of this time. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. 

P.O. Box Addresses 

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS (United States Postal Services) only.

Order Merging

We cannot merge orders at the moment. They will be sent separately.

Change of Delivery Address – We are unable to update orders once they have been placed.

Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time may be delayed during busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BumBunny Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier's tracking link.

Our Package Protection policy is crafted with the utmost care to guarantee your satisfaction in every purchase. This policy serves as a comprehensive shield against potential issues such as damage, loss, or theft of your order, ensuring that you have a reliable recourse in case of unforeseen circumstances. To maintain the integrity of this policy and to prevent misuse, we have implemented a thorough review process for all claims, aiming to deter excessive use and the submission of fraudulent claims.

If, unfortunately, your package is not delivered or sustains damage during transit, you have the option to submit a claim to our dedicated team. This process enables you to receive either a prompt replacement order or store credit, providing a swift resolution to any concerns you may encounter.

For packages marked as "DELIVERED" but not received, we kindly request that you submit a claim within 5 days of the delivery confirmation. To ensure the validity of claims for undelivered or damaged orders, we stipulate that they must be filed within 14 days from the recorded "delivery" date.

In cases where orders are not marked as "delivered" and are presumed lost by the carrier, we commit to issuing store credit equivalent to the original purchase cost. In situations where packages arrive in a damaged condition, we prioritize sending a replacement. If this proves impractical, rest assured that store credit will be provided at the original purchase cost. It's essential to note that our Package Protection policy is designed to facilitate resolution rather than offering refunds to the original payment method.

This ensures that each claim is thoroughly assessed, preventing any potential misuse or fraudulent attempts. Sales Tax

U.S. orders will be charged Sales Tax wherever applicable.

Import Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, it is important to note that import duties and taxes may be required to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. Should you decline to pay the necessary duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination, the products will be sent back to BumBunny at your expense, and we will issue a refund for the value of the goods paid, with the exception of the return shipping cost. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
