At BumBunny Baby, all returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, items are no longer eligible for return.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
A return label fee will apply and is calculated based on the weight and contents of the return. The applicable fee will be clearly shown to you at the time of submitting your return request and will be deducted from your refund amount once the return is approved.
Please note that original shipping charges are non refundable.
To return an item:
- Simply head to our returns portal.
- You can choose to return to original payment method.
- Your return label will be generated instantly.
- Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.
We'll issue your refund once we receive and approve your return. It can take up to 3-4 business days for your refund amount to reflect in your account.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item within the eligible return period.
Cancellations and Order Related Changes
Once you place your order, it immediately gets sent to our fulfillment center, and we are typically unable to make any changes or cancellations. If asked, we will try our best to accommodate you; however, there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel an order. You may return your items for a refund as soon as you receive them.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges as we are not able to hold product for exchanges.
