Return Policy

At Bumbunny Baby, we believe shopping for your little one should be simple and worry-free. That’s why we offer 30-day returns on eligible items.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item if it’s not the right fit.

If your item is defective, please upload clear photos through our returns portal during the return process so we can resolve it quickly.

Return conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A $6.99 return label fee applies to all returns

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned

How to return an item:

  1. Go to our returns portal

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return

  3. Upload photos if the item is defective

  4. Print your return label instantly

  5. Drop off the package within 28 days

  6. Refunds are processed after return approval

We do not offer store credit at this time.

Stock Clearance or Promotional Items

Items on sale or on promotions cannot be returned.

Sales Event Return Policy

All sales are final during our Sale Events.

Defective and Incorrect Item

We allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please file a claim on our returns portal. Proof of damage/defect will be required.

Return Processing

You should expect your return to be processed within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will be processed more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).


Cancellations and Order Related Changes

Once you place your order, it immediately gets sent to our fulfillment center, and we are typically unable to make any changes or cancellations. If asked, we will try our best to accommodate you; however, there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel an order. You may return your items for a refund as soon as you receive them.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges as we are not able to hold product for exchanges.
