Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return,

~ All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of package receipt.

~ The item(s) must be damaged/defective

~ The item(s) must be unused and unwashed.

~ The item(s) must be in the original packaging with original tags.

~ There should be no pet hair or odor of any kind on the item(s) like cigarette smoke, perfume, and deodorant.

Once your return request is accepted, a prepaid label will be provided with a $5.99 label fee deducted from the credited amount.

The returned goods should be shipped within two weeks of receiving the return label; otherwise, the return will be canceled.

Defective and Incorrect Item

We allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please file a claim on our returns portal. Proof of damage/defect will be required.

Return Processing

You should expect your return to be processed within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will be processed more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

Cancellations and Order Related Changes

Once you place your order, it immediately gets sent to our fulfillment center, and we are typically unable to make any changes or cancellations. If asked, we will try our best to accommodate you; however, there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel an order. You may return your items for a refund as soon as you receive them.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges as we are not able to hold product for exchanges.
